More power from an LS engine! These Chevrolet Performance 6.2L 376 C.I.D. 515 HP long block crate engines feature the high-tech attributes of late model engines, but use traditional carbureted aspiration, perfect for your vintage car, truck or race car. They put out an impressive 515 HP at 6,500 RPM with 469 lb./ft. of torque. The assemblies use a production bottom end that includes a cast aluminum engine block, nodular iron crankshaft, powdered metal connecting rods and hypereutectic pistons. The Chevrolet Performance 6.2L 376 C.I.D. 515 HP engine assemblies use the race tested ASA hot cam. The hydraulic roller camshaft features .525 in. intake and .525 in. exhaust valve lift with a duration at .050 in. of 226 degrees intake and 236 degrees exhaust. The short block is topped with LS3 rectangular port cylinder heads with as cast 68cc combustion chambers and 2.16 in. intake and 1.59 in, exhaust valves. That puts you at a healthy 10.7:1 compression ratio! Engine assemblies are complete with valve covers, oil pan, timing cover, harmonic balancer, exhaust manifolds, spark plugs, spark plug wires, ignition coil packs and carbureted intake manifold.
