Refund and Return Policy

At Muscle Auto Collection, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase. If you are not entirely satisfied with your order, we’re here to help. Please review our refund and return policy below:

Returns:

  1. Eligibility:

    • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
    • Several types of goods are exempt from being returned, including gift cards and downloadable software.

  2. Initiating a Return:

    • To initiate a return, you must contact our customer service team within 60 days of receiving your order to obtain a return authorization (RA) number.
    • Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer without first obtaining an RA number.

  3. Return Shipping:

    • You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
    • We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

  4. Refunds:

    • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
    • If your return is approved, a refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 7 days.

Refunds are subject to the following conditions:

  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error will not be eligible for a refund.
  • Refunds may be subject to a restocking fee.

Exchanges:

  • We do not offer exchanges at this time. If you need a different item, please return your original purchase for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.
